Sowing Leeks
- Get began leeks indoors up to 12 weeks forward of the general spring frost.

- Harvest when stems achieve 1-2” (2.5-5 cm) in diameter and the leaves are 6-8” (15-20 cm) tall—after the trench has been completely filled in.
- Leeks do not store successfully; harvest as sought after. In mild-winter spaces, leeks can be left throughout the flooring and lifted as sought after.
