Deglet Noor. Sweet delicate flavored semi-dry date; identified for its “true” date style. Medium to very large fruit with a pores and pores and skin that turns from amber to deep brown as it ripens. Superb for cooking. Establish way “date of the light”. Past due ripening.

Halawy. Moreover Halawi. Sweet honey-flavored mild date. Halawy way “sweet.” Small to medium fruit with vibrant golden brown pores and pores and skin and mild flesh. Superb for eating out of hand. Ripens midseason.

Khadrawy. Moreover Khadrawi. Rich, no longer overly sweet, flavored mild date. Medium to very large oblong fruit with orange-brown to light-brown pores and pores and skin and corporate flesh. Regarded as top-of-the-line in style and texture for eating fresh. Does no longer keep well so eat fresh, Ripens mid-season.

Medjool. Moreover Medjul. Rich, deliciously sweet mild date with little fibrous texture. Huge to very large fruit with amber to reddish-brown pores and pores and skin as it ripens and treatments. Excellent for eating fresh, very rainy. Early ripening.

Thoory. Sweet, nutty flavored dry date. Known as the bread date because of it is suited to baking. Medium to very large oblong fruit with golden-brown flesh. Past due ripening.

Zahidi. Sweet sugary flavored semi-dry date. Medium sized fruit with blank, glossy pores and pores and skin and golden-yellow, meaty flesh stuffed with syrup. Use for eating out of hand or cooking. Assists in keeping well and excellent for baking. Early ripening.
